Aprendizaje para Candidatos
FOR BILINGUAL CANDIDATES
For our bilingual ministry candidates, Birmingham Theological Seminary (BTS) and the Third Millennium Institute are recommended for their biblical and theological training.
FOR SPANISH-SPEAKING CANDIDATES
For Spanish-speaking students who want to study in person outside the country, the San Pablo de Mérida Theological Seminary is recommended.
ADDITIONAL COURSES
Candidates will be required to take other courses that Belize Presbytery will present as a requirement for their ordination to the pastorate during or after their preparation period.
These courses have not yet been defined but mention was made as an example of the need for the candidate to know the History of the Presbyterian Church in Belize or pastoral counseling.
PRACTICAL SERVICE IN THE CHURCH
The candidate is expected to serve in his or her church or in the Presbyterian field if studying in Belize to add a practical aspect to his or her theological preparation.
SUPERVISION OF CANDIDATE

The candidate will be under the supervision of a pastor to support him during his time of theological preparation. ​
CANDIDATOS DE HABLA BILINGÜE

Para nuestros candidatos al Santo Ministerio de habla bilingüe se les recomendara BTS y el Instituto Tercer Milenio para su capacitación bíblica y Teológica.

CANDIDATOS DE HABLA ESPANOL
​
Para los estudiantes de habla español que quieren estudiar presencialmente fuera del país se recomienda el Seminario Teológico San Pablo de Mérida

CURSOS ADICIONALES
​
Los candidatos tendrán que tomar otros cursos que el Seminario de Belice ofrecerá como requisito para su ordenación al pastorado durante o después de su periodo de su preparación.

Estos cursos aun no se han definido pero se hizo mención como ejemplo la necesidad que el candidato conozca la Historia de la iglesia Presbiteriana en Belice o de consejería pastoral.
SERVICIO PRÁCTICO EN LA IGLESIA
Se espera que el candidato sirva en su iglesia o en el campo Presbiterial si realiza sus estudios en Belice para añadir a su preparación teológica el aspecto practico.
SUPERVISION DEL CANDIDATO
El candidato estará bajo la supervisión de un pastor para apoyarlo durante su tiempo de preparación teológica. ​
