Reformed Leadership Institute of Belize and Thirdmill Institute Partnership

For more than twenty years, Third Millennium Ministries have been creating REFORMED Biblical education in the form of high quality, multimedia lessons covering the topics practically all seminaries uniformly offer in their Bible and Theology departments. These multimedia lessons have been translated into both the ENGLISH and SPANISH languages and given FREEly to all who are willing to learn and desire to know God’s Word better. By design, these lesson series have been produced individually and without dependence upon the other series. This has given the curriculum the FLEXIBILITY needed to meet a variety of needs in multiple cultures and contexts.

The Thirdmill Institute introduces something new. It provides design and structure by combining these lesson series into courses to give students and trainers/facilitators a more standardized experience in their learning community environments. The Thirdmill Institute also meets that need for structure by laying out the overall direction of the curriculum into THREE CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS. Each Certificate incorporates weekly or regular activities, all ending in a DIPLOMA for those who complete all three. And the facilitator or trainer is the key to making it all work.

The GOAL of the Reformed Leadership Institute of Belize and Thirdmill Institute in the life of a student is threefold. First, that they would understand and assimilate the material. Second, that they would learn how to apply the material to their current and real-world ministry experience. And third, that the material would enrich their relationship with God and facilitate deeper growth with him.

Durante más de veinte años, Third Millennium Ministries ha estado creando educación bíblica REFORMADA en forma de lecciones multimedia de alta calidad que cubren los temas que prácticamente todos los seminarios ofrecen uniformemente en sus departamentos de Biblia y Teología. Estas lecciones multimedia se han traducido tanto al INGLÉS como al ESPAÑOL y se han dado GRATIS a todos los que están dispuestos a aprender y desean conocer mejor la Palabra de Dios. Por diseño, estas series de lecciones se han producido individualmente y sin depender de las otras series. Esto le ha dado al plan de estudios la FLEXIBILIDAD necesaria para satisfacer una variedad de necesidades en múltiples culturas y contextos.

El Instituto Thirdmill presenta algo nuevo. Proporciona diseño y estructura al combinar estas series de lecciones en cursos para brindarles a los estudiantes y capacitadores / facilitadores una experiencia más estandarizada en sus entornos de comunidad de aprendizaje. El Instituto Thirdmill también satisface esa necesidad de estructura al establecer la dirección general del plan de estudios en TRES PROGRAMAS DE CERTIFICADOS. Cada Certificado incorpora actividades semanales o regulares, todas terminadas en un DIPLOMA para aquellos que completen los tres. Y el facilitador o formador es la clave para que todo funcione.

El OBJETIVO del Instituto de Liderazgo Reformado de Belice y el Instituto Thirdmill en la vida de un estudiante es triple. Primero, que comprendan y asimilen el material. En segundo lugar, que aprenderían a aplicar el material a su experiencia ministerial actual y del mundo real. Y tercero, que el material enriquecería su relación con Dios y facilitaría un crecimiento más profundo con él.
